SPECIAL NEEDS .(HANDICAP) Meet Lucky! and his heart warming story of survival. Lucky is about 2-3 yrs old, weighing about 6-7 pounds What a difference a few days, medical care and a lot of love make. The resilience of animals is admirable. Lucky was found in Tijuana, bloodied after being attacked by a pack of stray dogs. His lower body is paralyzed from an old traumatic injury and unfortunately cannot be repaired. Lucky has his set of dog wheels and he is ready to roll.
